We ship ships worldwide, all purchases are carefully hand packed and provided with a tracking number. All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL within 5 working days. We offer free shipping on all orders above 500€

DUTIES AND TAXES

– Europe : all countries within the european union are shipped on DDP (delivery duty paid) basis.taxes and duties are included in the final price.
– outside Europe : please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

RETURNS

If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact shop@hugokreit.com in order to receive your returns form.
Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.

PLEASE NOTE THAT

– For sanitary reasons, earrings (with a stud component) cannot be returned. (Ear clips can)
– Items on sale cannot be returned.
– All returned items must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered & undamaged.
– All returned items must be complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
– The return must be posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges requested via shop@hugokreit.com are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending your payment method. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
