DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. All purchases are carefully hand packed and provided with a tracking number. All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL, Fedex or UPS within 5 working days. We offer free shipping on all orders above 600€ (or the equivalent in your local currency)

– Europe : Standard 20€ / Express 25€
– All other countries : approx. 40€ Standard / 55€ Express, charged in your local currency at checkout

DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices include VAT for customers in France and the European Union.
For all other destinations, duties and import taxes are calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout, based on your delivery address, and charged together with your order. Your parcel is shipped duties paid — there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact shop@hugokreit.com to confirm the return eligibility of your purchase before sending it back.

In the case of a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.
For any other return request, items must be sent back within 14 days using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT

– Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
– All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
– All returned items must be complete with their original tags and/or packaging.
– Returns must be shipped in the original packaging, or in an equally secure outer box to ensure safe transit.

EDITORIAL USE & LOAN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased and used for editorial, press, or styling purposes. Any jewelry worn, handled, or photographed for such projects is considered used and therefore non-returnable.

For editorial collaborations or press loans, please contact us in advance at press@hugokreit.com to request a formal loan. Purchases made directly through our e-commerce or showrooms are strictly intended for personal or retail use and are subject to standard return conditions only when items remain unworn and unused.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges requested via shop@hugokreit.com are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending your payment method. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Duties and import taxes paid at checkout are refunded in full on returned items. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
